Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to join our vibrant, customer-focused team in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for users, assisting them by phone, email, and live chat, guiding them through the e-health platform with patience and clarity.

This role emphasizes empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication. You will document interactions, meet KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams while growing your career in a fast-paced digital health environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) required.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• 0–1 year in customer support or related role is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and empathetic customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other available channels.
• Assist users with questions related to their accounts, platform features, services, and general requests.
• Help customers navigate the e-health platform and provide clear, easy-to-follow guidance.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and case resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams in accordance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and within the required timeframe.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, productivity, service quality, and resolution rates.
• Keep up to date with the platform's features, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training and development.
