Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to join our dynamic, user-focused team supporting an innovative e-health platform. You will be the first point of contact, helping users via phone, email, and live chat to navigate the platform and resolve issues.

The role emphasizes clear communication, empathy, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with internal teams, meet KPIs, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with platform features.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) or equivalent
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency
• 0–1 year in customer support or related role is a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and empathetic customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other available channels.
• Assist users with questions related to their accounts, platform features, services, and general requests.
• Help customers navigate the e-health platform and provide clear, easy-to-follow guidance.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and case resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to appropriate teams per procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently within required timeframes.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, productivity, service quality, and resolution rates.
• Keep up to date with platform features, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training and development.
