Besthire in Porto, Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. You will help keep a major online platform safe by reviewing reports and applying platform policies.

Working on-site, you will respond to customer enquiries across multiple channels, document each case accurately, and flag anything unusual to a supervisor. English is used daily alongside French, and full training is provided.

Qualificações

A Social Media & Trust client in Porto, Portugal is looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

You'll help keep a major online platform safe by reviewing reports and applying platform policies.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 07/Sep/26.

On site, recruitment closes 1 week prior.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
