Besthire in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a multilingual services team on-site. You will handle customer queries across multiple channels, document cases accurately, and escalate unusual issues to a supervisor.

Training is provided and relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad. Ideal candidates have 1 year of BPO/tech support experience and are comfortable using English daily while communicating confidently in French.

We're hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a Multilingual Services team in Lisbon, Portugal.

You'll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 31/Aug/26.
