Besthire is hiring a French-speaking Content Moderator in Porto, Portugal to review reports and enforce platform policies. The role is on-site with relocation support.

You'll answer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records, and escalate tougher cases to the right team. Training and career progression are provided.

Candidates should be fluent in French and comfortable using English day to day; prior customer service is a plus but not required.

Join a Social Media & Trust account in Porto, Portugal as a French-speaking Content Moderator.

You'll help keep a major online platform safe by reviewing reports and applying platform policies.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 14/Sep/26, 24/Aug/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Please note: this role involves reviewing user-generated content and may include exposure to sensitive or graphic material as part of standard content moderation duties.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalatr more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
