Job summary
Cross Border Talents in Braga, Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist users of the employee benefits app. You will guide users through account creation, access and balance inquiries, and deliver professional support to ensure a positive customer experience.
The position is a 6-month contract with a €2,000 welcome bonus (paid in 12 monthly instalments), plus a meal allowance and hybrid working.
