Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Braga, Portugal. The role offers a €2,000 welcome bonus, hybrid working, and weekends off, with a 6-month contract.

You will assist customers with the benefits app, handle sign-up and balance inquiries, and guide users in understanding their benefits while delivering exceptional service. Residing in Portugal and fluent in French are required, with rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French.
• No English required.
• Resident in Portugal with legal work eligibility.
• Available for rotational shifts Mon-Fri 07:00–18:00.
