Cross Border Talents in Braga, Portugal, is hiring a French-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist users of a bundled benefits app. The role combines inbound calls, account registration guidance, and balance management to help customers get the most from the platform.

You will work in a hybrid setup, with weekends off, a six-month contract, and a welcome bonus paid monthly during the first year plus daily food allowance.
