Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our international beauty and cosmetics project in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact, supporting customers with inquiries, after-sales requests, orders and refunds, while representing the brand professionally.

This hybrid role is based in Lisbon, with relocation support and a range of benefits. You will interact with customers across time zones, handle complaints, and contribute to a positive customer

Qualificações

• Fluent or native-level French is required.
• Good command of English.
• Customer-focused communication skills.
• Experience handling after-sales inquiries (orders, refunds) and complaints.
• Must reside within 50 km of the Lisbon office and be eligible to work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers with online orders, refunds and after-sales requests.
• Answer customer questions and resolve doubts.
• Handle and elevate complaints when necessary.
• Deliver a positive customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
