Cross Border Talents is hiring a French-English Customer Service Advisor for a premier beauty and cosmetics retailer in Lisbon, Portugal. The role is hybrid, with relocation support and a competitive salary plus a performance bonus.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handle after-sales queries including orders and refunds, and escalate complaints when needed. Fluency in French and English is required, with strong communication skills.

• Residency within commuting distance of Lisbon.

Work model: Hybrid (Lisbon, Portugal) — relocation support provided
Schedule: Monday–Saturday (including bank holidays), 08:00–19:00, with Sunday plus one rotational day off
