Qualificações

• Fluent or native-level French and professional English.
• Strong communication skills and experience handling customer concerns.
• Experience navigating after-sales software and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact and brand ambassador for a global beauty retailer.
• Support the full after-sales process, including orders, tracking and refunds.
• Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints when needed.
