Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for beauty and cosmetics customers. This hybrid role blends remote support with on-site collaboration in Lisbon.

You will manage cases, escalate when needed, keep clear notes, stay calm with frustrated customers, and resolve issues on first contact wherever possible. The schedule runs Monday to Saturday 08:00-19:00 with Sundays off and one rotational day.

Qualificações

• Fluent French, written and spoken.
• Good working English.
• Organised and able to handle several cases at once.
• Team player who is open to feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Escalate complex cases to the right team
• Keep clear, accurate notes on every case
• Stay calm and helpful with customers who are frustrated
• Resolve issues on the first contact wherever possible
