Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support customers of a leading beauty and cosmetics retailer. You will be the first point of contact, handling online orders, refunds and after‑sales inquiries in French and English.

This hybrid role requires residency in Portugal within 50 km of the Lisbon office. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, escalate complaints when needed, and contribute to a high‑quality customer experience.

Qualificações

• Fluent or native-level French.
• Good proficiency in English.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling after-sales processes, online orders, or refunds.
• Experience handling and escalating customer complaints.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Residency in Portugal within 50 km of the Lisbon office is required for this hybrid role.
