FH Collective - Academy in Braga, Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service professional to join a dynamic team. You will support an app-based platform that enables employees to manage benefits, including meal, mobility and gift vouchers, with inbound calls and account setup. The role is hybrid, Monday–Friday, 07:00–18:00 with rotational shifts.

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable assisting customers with digital applications
• Ability to handle customer questions clearly and professionally

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for customer questions related to the use of the application
• Primarily handle customer requests through inbound calls
• Assist customers with questions regarding app features and functionality
• Support customers with account creation
• Answer questions related to balance management
• Explain and inform customers about the different service features
• Provide clear and professional assistance throughout the customer interaction
