Cross Border Talents in Braga, Portugal is looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team on a 6-month contract. The role is hybrid, based in Braga, with weekends off and a €2,000 welcome bonus paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year.

You will help customers navigate our employee benefits app, assist with account creation, access, and balance inquiries, and guide users in understanding and using their benefits while delivering professional

Qualifications

• Fluent in French with no English required.
• Must reside in Portugal and have valid documentation to work in Portugal.
• Available for rotational shifts 07:00–18:00, Monday to Friday.
