• Respond to reservations, vehicle availability, rental conditions, and payment procedures questions.

• Assess customer needs and identify suitable solutions promptly.
• Manage concerns and refer complex cases to appropriate departments when needed.
• Process bookings changes, cancellations, extensions, and other service requests.
