Job summary

Armatis in Guimarães is seeking a French-speaking Customer Advisor to support banking and insurance projects. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer requests, and resolve inquiries and complaints with a proactive approach.

The position offers paid training, an employment contract from day one, and opportunities for professional development. Shifts are variable with a 40-hour work week, Monday to Saturday, 07:30 to 18:00, in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• French language skills (written and spoken) mandatory
• Good practical and theoretical IT/computer skills mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude essential
• Previous customer-service experience is an advantage
• Comfortable with different IT applications and handling objections/complaints

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in banking/insurance projects
• Respond to back-office requests and enquiries
• Deal with complaints and identify opportunities depending on the project
