CB Talents SP in Guimarães, Portugal, is seeking a fluent French speaker for an on-site inbound banking and insurance role. You’ll guide customers, answer inquiries, and tailor financial recommendations while receiving full training from day one.

This 40-hour-per-week position runs Monday to Saturday, with shifts from 07:30 to 18:00. Applicants must have valid documents to live and work in Portugal; relocation is not provided.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native French (C2)

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers on an inbound queue
• Resolve inquiries, answer banking/insurance questions, deliver high-quality support
• Identify opportunities and recommend relevant products/services to customers
