Job summary

Armatis in Guimarães is seeking a French-speaking Customer Advisor to support banking and insurance projects. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer requests, and resolve inquiries and complaints with a proactive approach.

The position offers paid training, an employment contract from day one, and opportunities for professional development. Shifts are variable with a 40-hour work week, Monday to Saturday, 07:30 to 18:00, in a dynamic team environment.

Language: French

Training start: ASAP

Schedule: Variable/rotating shifts Monday–Saturday between 07:30 and 18:00, 40 hours per week / 8 hours per day.

The role: Join Armatis in Guimarães supporting customers within banking/insurance projects. You will handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, respond to back-office requests, deal with enquiries and complaints, and may also identify commercial opportunities depending on the project.

Requirements:

• French C1/C2, spoken and written – mandatory
• Good practical and theoretical IT/computer skills – mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• Previous customer-service experience is an advantage
