Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking a customer relations specialist to make and receive calls from clients, respond to requests, and demonstrate sales aptitude across various projects.

This on-site role offers a 40-hour week, Monday to Saturday 7:00-19:00, with a gross monthly salary of 953–1120 EUR, paid in 14 instalments, plus benefits and training. French proficiency is essential; IT knowledge and strong interpersonal skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) written and spoken.
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of IT.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to make suggestions.
• Must reside in or around Porto, Portugal.
• Experience in customer relations is an asset.

Responsibilities

Location: Porto, Portugal
Work model: On site (possibility to work remotely after 3-4 months provided that your performance is consistently in line with the expected targets)
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 7:00-19:00, 40 hours a week, rotational shifts
Remuneration: €953 up to €1120 gross per month, depending on experience, paid in 14 instalments
