CallForTalents is supporting a client in Porto seeking a French-speaking customer service representative for an on-site role with the possibility of remote work after 3-4 months. You will answer calls, address client requests, and support back-office operations.

Work is 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with a gross monthly salary of 953–1120 EUR paid in 14 installments. The package includes private health insurance, meal allowance, bonuses, paid training and clear career development

Formación

• Fluent in French (speaking and writing) at C1/C2 level.
• Good theoretical and practical IT knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive with willingness to suggest improvements.
• Must reside in or around Porto, Portugal.
• Experience in customer relations is a plus.

Location:

Mode de travail:

Sur site, avec possibilité de télétravail après 3 à 4 mois, sous réserve de maintenir des performances conformes aux objectifs fixés.

Schedule:

Monday - Saturday, 7:00-19:00, 40 hours a week, rotational shifts

Remuneration:

€953 up to €1120 gross per month, depending on experience, paid in 14 instalments
