Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking customer support professional in Porto to manage calls, respond to client requests, and assist back-office processes. The role requires solid IT knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach. Candidates residing in or near Porto will be prioritized.

On-site work is planned with a possible remote component after 3–4 months, contingent on performance. 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French (C1/C2) required.
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of IT.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to make suggestions.
• Must reside in or around Porto, Portugal.

Schedule

Monday - Saturday, 7:00-19:00, 40 hours a week, rotational shifts

Remuneration

€953 up to €1120 gross per month, depending on experience, paid in 14 instalments
