Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Service Associate for an e-commerce and sport IT client. You will make and receive calls, respond to back‑office requests, handle objections, and demonstrate sales aptitude across various projects.

Requirements include fluent French (C1/C2), strong interpersonal skills, and solid IT knowledge. The role is on site with potential telework after 3–4 months, 40 hours/week, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) at C1/C2 level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Demonstrates proactive approach and can suggest improvements.
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of IT.
• Experience in customer relations is a plus and Porto-area residency is required.
• Willing to work on-site with optional telework after initial period.

Schedule

Monday - Saturday, 7:00-19:00, 40 hours a week, rotational shifts

Remuneration

€953 up to €1120 gross per month, depending on experience, paid in 14 instalments
