Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a client-oriented individual to manage inbound and outbound calls from diverse clients, addressing requests, and supporting back-office tasks. The role involves sales aptitude, handling objections, and proficient use of computer applications to assist clients effectively.

Based in Porto, Portugal, the position is on-site with potential remote work after 3-4 months contingent on performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French (spoken and written) at a C1/C2 level.
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of IT.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to make suggestions.
• Must reside in or around Porto, Portugal.
• Experience in customer relations is an asset.

Responsibilities

Location: Porto, Portugal
Work model: On site (possibility to work remotely after 3-4 monthsprovided that your performance is consistently in line with the expected targets)
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 7:00-19:00, 40 hours a week, rotational shifts
Remuneration: €953 up to €1120 gross per month, depending on experience, paid in 14 instalments
