Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a client-facing professional for an on-site role in Porto, Portugal. You will make and receive calls from various clients, respond to requests, and assist with back-office tasks while demonstrating sales potential on different projects.

The ideal candidate has strong French language skills (C1/C2), solid IT knowledge, and excellent interpersonal abilities. A proactive approach and a willingness to suggest improvements are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French (spoken and written) at a C1/C2 level.
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of IT.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Must reside in or around Porto, Portugal.
• Experience in customer relations is a plus.

Our client operates in the field of e-commerce and sport IT.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls from various clients and respond to their requests
• Respond to client requests in the back office

• Utilize various computer applications efficiently

Requirements

Location: Porto, Portugal
Work model: On site (possibility to work remotely after 3-4 monthsprovided that your performance is consistently in line with the expected targets)
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 7:00-19:00, 40 hours a week, rotational shifts
Remuneration: €953 up to €1120 gross per month, depending on experience, paid in 14 instalments
