Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking a French Customer Service Representative to assist travelers with reservation-related inquiries. Fluency in French (C1-C2) and English (B2-C1), plus a customer-focused mindset, are essential for success in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will handle reservations, coordinate with hotels, and provide timely solutions while building strong partner relationships.
