Job summary

Eugenia Talent in Lisbon is seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join a young, dynamic team. You will screen CVs, conduct online interviews with candidates, coordinate interviews with managers, and help meet staffing goals.

The ideal candidate has a HR-related bachelor’s degree, field experience, strong people skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Representing the brand with energy, you’ll contribute to a vibrant Lisbon office culture and team activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related (is a plus).
• Experience in the field.
• Able to represent the brand and enliven culture.
• Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Any extra language is a plus.
