Job summary

Intersoft Team SRL in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a French Recruiter for a hybrid position with on-site training during the first 3 months. You will attract candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate with departments, and onboard new hires to integrate into the company.

• Native or near-native level of French.
• 1 year of experience in mass recruitment.
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Good understanding of referral programs.

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others
• Conduct interviews to assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes

Requirements
