CloserHire is seeking an entry-level, on-site French-speaking Customer Support Advisor in Lisbon. You will handle Level 1 inbound calls, chats and emails about winnings and account issues for a French betting brand, escalating complex queries and using templates for written replies.

The role is part of a fast-turnaround campaign with a relocation package for French speakers moving to Lisbon. CVs due soon; start date is 19 October, with relocation support and visa-related assistance offered.

Qualifications

• Native/C2 level French; English proficiency sufficient for interview.
• EU citizen; work permit holders and visa sponsorship not accepted.
• Strong communication skills and good computer literacy.
• High school diploma and ability to provide a clean criminal record.
• Customer service experience preferred.
