Job summary

CallForTalents is seeking an on-site Customer Support Agent in Porto, Portugal. The role focuses on assisting customers in French and English throughout the rental process, from reservation to post-rental inquiries, while identifying upsell opportunities.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year in a contact centre or customer service role, strong communication skills, and proficiency with digital tools.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00.
• Weekends off.
• On-site position in Porto, Portugal.
