Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent personalized service and assist clients through communication channels including phone, email, and messaging.
• Attract potential customers by answering questions about car rental reservations and modalities.
• Suggest and add information about services to meet customer needs.
• Assist clients with inquiries and support them throughout the rental process (Before Rental, During Rental, and After Rental).
• Handle post-rental issues, including invoices and damages.
• Engage with clients through multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and support excellence in both French and English.

About the position

Join our client's dynamic team in Porto, Portugal, as a Customer Service Representative. Inthis role, you will provide exceptional support for one of Europe's leading car rental brands,assisting clients with inquiries and reservations across multiple channels (phone, email,
messaging). You will handle interactions before, during, and after rentals, ensuring timelyresolution of concerns and maintaining high standards of professionalism in both French and English.

Additional information

• This is a 6-month contract position.
• Food allowance of 7.63€ per working day.
• Relocation support includes shared accommodation for up to 12 months for candidates
• relocating from outside Portugal (details discussed during the interview; flight tickets are not included). Relocation support for candidates within Portugal is available only for specific regions (Tier 1: German, Nordics, and Dutch).
