Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking a French and English-speaking Customer Service Representative to support car rental reservations and services onsite.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email and messaging, guide customers through rental policies and options, and identify sales opportunities while delivering professional, solution-oriented service throughout the rental journey.

• Fluent/native-level French and English.
• 1+ year of Contact Centre or Customer Service experience preferred.
