The Career Nest is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a car rental division in Porto, Portugal. The role requires native or professional proficiency in French and English, on-site work, and a six-month contract. You will assist customers via phone, email, and messaging while exploring add-on services and addressing post-rental concerns.

Relocation support includes shared accommodation for up to 12 months for candidates moving from outside Portugal. Interviews are currently underway.

• Position: Customer Service Representative (Car Rental Division)
• Location: Porto, Portugal
• Work Type: 100% On-site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 18:00 (rotational daytime shifts)
• Days Off: Every Saturday and Sunday off
• Contract Type: 6-month contract

Compensation & Benefits Package:

• Gross Salary: €1,000 gross per month (paid over 14 months per year)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
• Comprehensive Relocation Support:
  • Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months for candidates moving from outside Portugal (detailed conditions discussed during the interview; flight tickets are not covered)
  • Dedicated on-the-ground support to help you settle smoothly into life in Porto

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding, personalized customer care via phone, email, and messaging platforms

Requirements:

• Full professional fluency / native level in French and English (both written and spoken)
• 1+ years of previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and recommend add-on services
• Comfort working with modern digital tools and internal support systems
