About The Role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service professional to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will deliver excellent, personalized support to clients throughout the entire car rental journey — before, during, and after the rental — while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive additional services.

Location: Porto, Portugal

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent personalized service and assist clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and messaging.
• Attract potential customers by answering questions about car rental reservations and modalities.
• Suggest and add relevant information about services to meet customer needs and identify business opportunities.
• Support clients with inquiries and guide them through the full rental process (Before Rental, During Rental, and After Rental).
• Handle post-rental issues, including invoices and damages.
• Engage with clients across channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service excellence in both French and English.

Requirements

• Fluent / native-level proficiency in French and English.
• 1+ years of experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role (preferred).
• Strong sales skills and the ability to identify business opportunities and suggest additional services.
