Career Nest Academy is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Car Rental Division) to support a major European car rental brand in Porto, Portugal. This on-site role runs Monday to Friday with daytime shifts and offers relocation support for those moving from outside Portugal.

Applicants must be fluent in French and English, with 1+ year in customer service, strong communication, and a commercial mindset to upsell services.

Key Highlights & Position Details:

• Position: Customer Service Representative (Car Rental Division)
• Location: Porto, Portugal
• Work Type: 100% On-site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 18:00 (rotational daytime shifts)
• Days Off: Every Saturday and Sunday off
• Contract Type: 6-month contract

Compensation & Benefits Package:

• Gross Salary: €1,000 gross per month (paid over 14 months per year)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
• Comprehensive Relocation Support:
  • Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months for candidates moving from outside Portugal (detailed conditions discussed during the interview; flight tickets are not covered)
  • Dedicated on-the-ground support to help you settle smoothly into life in Porto

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding, personalized customer care via phone, email, and messaging platforms

Requirements:

• Full professional fluency / native level in French and English (both written and spoken)
