CB Talents SP is hiring a French & English Customer Service Representative to join an on-site team in Portugal. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support across multiple channels for an international audience.

Qualificações

• French communication skills at C1 level or above.
• English communication skills at B2 level or above.
• Must be currently located in Portugal (Porto preferred).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence/work authorization.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join an international team in Portugal. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support while ensuring an excellent customer experience across multiple communication channels.

This opportunity is open to candidates who are currently based in Portugal (Porto is highly preferred) and are eligible to work in Portugal.
