Eleven-11 Group LTD in Porto, Portugal is seeking French-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our client’s growing team. You will deliver professional support exclusively in French, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat from customers in Portugal and beyond.

This full-time on-site role requires native-level French (C2) and the ability to work independently or with the team. Relocation is self-funded; visa sponsorship is not provided. English is not required for this position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver professional, friendly and customer-focused support in French.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and/or chat.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, effective solutions.
• Handle customer questions, requests and complaints efficiently.
• Assist with product, service, order and account-related enquiries.
• Follow established procedures, service standards and quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the relevant systems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall quality of the customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native-level or C2 proficiency in French.
• English is not required for this position.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centres, retail, hospitality or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computer systems, online tools and customer support platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Availability to start as soon as possible.
• Must already have the legal right to work in Portugal.
