Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking customer support professional in Portugal. You will join from day one with an employment contract, paid training, and a clear career path within a fast-growing energy project.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, assist customers, process requests, and utilize multiple IT systems. After 3–4 months, there may be remote work options based on performance.

Qualifications

• French language at C1/C2 (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Resident of Portugal.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset and proactive attitude.
• Rotating shifts Monday to Saturday between 7 AM and 7 PM.
• Experience in customer service, call centre, sales, or advisory roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and support customers with their enquiries.
• Process requests through back-office channels.
• Identify customer needs and offer the right solution.
• Handle objections and complaints professionally.
• Support sales-related tasks, depending on project needs.
• Work across different IT systems and digital tools.
