Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring for a French-speaking customer support role in Portugal. You will handle calls, assist customers, and process requests across back-office channels while identifying needs and offering solutions.

The position offers an on-boarding contract from day one and paid training, with potential for remote work after 3–4 months. The role requires French at C1/C2, residency in Portugal, strong communication skills, and a proactive customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• French language proficiency at C1/C2 (written and spoken).
• Already residing in Portugal.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Available for rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 7 AM and 7 PM.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and support customers with their enquiries.
• Process requests through back-office channels.
• Identify customer needs and offer the right solution.
• Handle objections and complaints professionally.
• Support sales-related tasks, depending on project needs.
• Work across different IT systems and digital tools.
