Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for an Energy Project in Porto. You will support customers across channels, resolve inquiries related to energy services, and ensure a high-quality experience while adhering to procedures and guidelines.

The role requires fluent French and EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong communication skills. Onsite office environment with ongoing training and performance KPIs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to energy services, accounts, billing, invoices, and payments.
• Provide professional support via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Handle customer requests, complaints, and service-related issues efficiently.
• Explain billing details, account information, service procedures, and available solutions.
• Update customer records and document interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Investigate customer concerns and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, confidentiality requirements, and relevant industry procedures.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, productivity, response times, and service quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of energy services, internal systems, and procedures through ongoing training.
