Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a French-speaking customer support specialist in Portugal for a fast-growing energy project. You will handle inquiries, process requests through back-office channels, and support sales tasks while using several IT systems.

Training is paid and a contract starts on day one. Requirements include fluent French (C1/C2), residence in Portugal, strong communication and computer skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts Mon–Sat 7 AM–7 PM.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (written and spoken) at C1/C2 level.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Proactive attitude and readiness for rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and support customers with their enquiries
• Process requests through back-office channels
• Identify customer needs and offer the right solution
• Handle objections and complaints professionally
• Support sales-related tasks, depending on project needs
• Work across different IT systems and digital tools
