The role requires fluent French (C1/C2) and EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. Onsite position with relocation & benefits to help you settle in quickly.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French at C1/C2 level.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to energy services, accounts, billing, invoices, and payments.
• Provide professional support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Handle customer requests, complaints, and service issues efficiently.
• Explain billing details, account information, service procedures, and available solutions.
• Update customer records and document interactions in internal systems.
• Investigate concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when needed.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, confidentiality, and industry procedures.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, productivity, response times, and service quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of energy services and procedures through training.
