Job summary

Cbtalents is hiring a French-speaking customer service agent in Braga. You will answer inbound calls, assist with account setup and balance inquiries, explain features, and help resolve issues. You will refer complex cases to the right team as needed.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and a Monday–Friday schedule. Candidates should have C1/C2 French, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be located in Portugal within 50 km of Braga, with EU citizenship or work

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level in French is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Reside in Portugal within 50 km of Braga and have EU citizenship or work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about the app via inbound calls
• Assist with account setup, account management, and balance enquiries
• Explain platform features and help resolve customer issues
• Refer complex cases to the appropriate team when needed
