Cross Border Talents is hiring for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative in Braga, Portugal. You will provide professional customer support in French via phone, email and chat, assisting with inquiries, orders, accounts and payments while maintaining accurate records and meeting targets.

The role requires French C1/C2 and English B2, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented approach, and good computer literacy to work with multiple systems.

Qualificações

• French: C1/C2 level with excellent written and spoken communication.
• English: minimum B2 level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and professional approach.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with different systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support in French via phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, bookings, accounts, payments and general requests.
• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Escalate more complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
