Jobtailor in Braga is seeking a customer service specialist fluent in French to handle inbound and outbound calls about financing options, assess customer needs, and reassure callers while building lasting relationships. You will manage customer files with integrity and identify commercial opportunities in a hybrid Braga setting.

Qualificações

• Fluent or native-level French proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work hybrid from Braga.
• Equipment is collected in person if living within 50 km, or shipped if living over 50 km away.
• No relocation package is provided.
• Availability for Monday–Friday rotational shifts between 07:00 AM and 05:30 PM.
