The role involves responding to customer inquiries, analyzing needs, and building relationships while managing sensitive financial discussions. Qualificações

• Fluency in French (C1) both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service or contact center environments is an advantage.
• Availability to work rotational shifts (Monday to Saturday).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and capable of managing sensitive financial discussions with care.
• Availability to work rotational shifts (Mon–Sat).
• Candidates must already hold NIF and NISS (mandatory for health insurance enrollment).

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone regarding existing credit accounts.
• Analyse customer needs to personalize interactions and propose suitable options.
• Build long-term customer relationships and maximize commercial opportunities.
• Identify and maximize commercial opportunities during each contact (incoming or outgoing).
• Manage customer cases with accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality, always following internal procedures and security standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in every customer interaction.
