Qualificações

• Fluent or native-level French proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work hybrid from Braga.
• Equipment is collected in person if living within 50 km, or shipped if living over 50 km away.
• No relocation package is provided.
• Availability for Monday–Friday rotational shifts between 07:00 AM and 05:30 PM.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone inquiries regarding credit and new projects.
• Analyze customer needs to deliver tailored financing options and reassure callers.
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships following Relational Excellence standards.
• Identify commercial opportunities during customer interactions.
• Manage customer files with rigor, integrity, and compliance.
