The role focuses on supporting the French-speaking customer base across phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality service and troubleshooting issues.

This on-site, full-time position offers a fixed gross monthly salary of 900 Euro, paid 14 times per year, plus a performance bonus and meal allowance.

Qualifications

• Fluent French with strong written and verbal communication.
• Entry point with training; prior customer support experience is beneficial.
• Availability for on-site work in Lisbon; rotating shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat in French.
• Diagnose and resolve issues promptly to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Log interactions accurately in the database and coordinate with colleagues.
