Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist in Portugal to be the main contact for customers, addressing questions, accounts, products, and services. You will aim to understand needs and provide clear, effective solutions to ensure a smooth, positive experience.

The role involves engaging via phone, email, and live chat, documenting interactions, and collaborating with teams to resolve issues quickly. This onsite position offers a salary with performance bonuses and relocation support.

Qualificações

• Language: Fluent in French at C1/C2 level.
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn and grow in the CS field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, account-related matters, products, services, orders, and other support requests.
• Listen carefully to customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and helpful information.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, or services whenever assistance is required.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to established company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a seamless customer experience.
• Meet established quality standards, response-time targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay informed about company policies, procedures, products, and services through continuous training and development.
