Cross Border Talents in Portugal is hiring a Customer Agent to be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries about accounts, products, services, and orders. You will focus on understanding needs and delivering effective solutions to ensure a seamless support experience across channels.

You'll work onsite with a collaborative team, expected to meet service quality KPIs, stay updated on products and policies, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Fluent in French at C1/C2 level.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, services, orders, and general requests.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and solution-oriented assistance.
• Resolve customer issues professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, and services with clear and helpful instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and case resolutions using internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases in line with company procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and excellent service delivery.
• Achieve key performance indicators related to service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with company products, policies, procedures, and best practices through ongoing training and development.
